You may return all new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for any returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- Item must not be damaged unless it arrived with a defect. If that is the case we must be notified within 7-days of receiving your purchase.
- Evaluation can take up to 7 days from receipt.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.*Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
